"It was a cool experience to be a part of,鈥 he told the Star. "I've got a lot of friends on that team, so it was really fun to play with them.鈥
The Argos clinched the best-of-five series 3-1 with a 3-2 win in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA鈥圚ockey League final at the North Battleford Civic Centre.
Berube said his experience at the Arctic Winter Games helped him get adjusted to the speed of the AAA鈥坙evel.
Berube tallied a goal and four assists at the Arctic Winter Games, leading the Yukon blueline in scoring.
