Kilrich's Brendan Kelly shutout the Yukon Inn Thursday night in Whitehorse Oldtimer Hockey action.

Darius Elias scored twice for Kilrich while the rest of the 7-0 affair was truly a team effort with singles scored by Bruce Williams, Elgin Schwartz, Tim Turner- Davis, Steve Smith and Peter Gryndmainis.

With the win, Kilrich remains in a two-way tie for second place with the Performance Centre Turbos, who also won last night. They trail the Yukon Inn by three points.

Performance Centre Turbos 8, Tim Horton's 2

The Turbos manhandled Tim Hortons, despite having just seven skaters.

Mike Blower led the Performance Centre offence with four goals and as assist, Dean Hassard scored once and contributed two assists and single markers went to Terry Berquist, Kelly Collins and Frank Thomas.

League scoring leader Blayne Monahan opened the scoring for Tim Hortons and Brent Stokes scored the only other marker for Tims.

Wednesday:

Air North 8, AON 2

Ron Cruikshank and Ron Daub both scored twice and contributed an assist to keep Air North on a steady upwards flight in the standings, with an 8-2 decision over AON.

Bruce Demchuck, Glen Heinbigner, Dave Muir and Jeff Huntson each scored once for Air North.

Gregor Gabb scored once and combined with Grant Lyon to assist on the only other AON goal by Marcel Barrault.

Firth Rangers 7, Klondyke Dental 2

Linemates Greg Charlie and Jeff Jensen combined for eleven points to lead the Rangers to a 7-2 victory over Klondyke Dental, with Charlie tallying a hattrick and two assists, while Jensen scored twice with three assists.

Charlie's five-point night moved him into a two-way tie with Klondyke Dental's Brian Boorse for fourth in the scoring race.

Mike Rispin, sitting second in the scoring race, scored once and Al Foster scored once and added an assist. Mike Gau has two assists.

Boorse and Dennis Zimmerman scored the markers for Klondyke Dental.
