Lindstrom leads U-9 soccer club to victory

Cameron Lindstrom scored twice to lead Jacobs Industries to a 4-3 win over Creative Works in Under-9 minor soccer action last night at Canada Games Centre.

Cameron Lindstrom scored twice to lead Jacobs Industries to a 4-3 win over Creative Works in Under-9 minor soccer action last night at Canada Games Centre.

Max Wanner and Austin Larkin also scored in the win, while Luke Cozens (2) and Kade Brindsley responded in the loss.

In other action, Tim Hortons beat Eagle Construction 3-1 on the strength of a Ryder Brulotte hat trick. Arthur St. Laurent scored in the loss.

On Monday, Tim Hortons edged Jacobs Industries 7-6. Daniel Phillips Freedman scored a hat trick for Tim Hortons and Lindstrom netted four in the loss.
