Minor soccer is back in action, with teams in each division, Under-7 to Under-15, playing two matches per week until March break.

The Yukon Championship tournament will be held following the break, from March 22 to 24.
In U-13 action from Monday:
Whitehorse Auto Spa 7, Vector Research 3
Dustin Maddin scored four goals and Carl Knickle had a pair as the Auto Spa defeated Vector Research. Jonathan Amos also scored.
Simon Kischuk, Samantha Ng and Max Zaparinuk scored singles in the loss.
Klondike Business 9, Yukon Pump 3
Double hat tricks from Thea Carey and RJ Smallwood and a pair of goals from Jayden Demchuck helped Klondike Business get by Yukon Pump 9-3.
Keegan Hopkins added a single while defender/keeper Bradley Martin picked up MVP honours.
Sierra Link had a pair for Yukon Pump in the loss. Gary Schulze scored the other goal, while Ted Schulze won MVP honours.
The Electrical Shop 14, The Deli 8
Eight goals from Skyler Bryant were not enough as The Deli lost in what became an offensive showcase.
Michael Kischuk scored five times to lead the Electrical Shop. Other scorers were Tyler Milton (3), Sam Finton (2), Anshil Kumar (2), Thomas Tokic and Arshia Shostari.
Murraya Dental 5, Whitehorse Star 3
MVP Leo Bardibitzki netted four goals and Lara Herry-Saint Onge had the other for Murraya Dental.
Bardibitzki's hat trick goal, a left foot volley, was the prettiest on the night.
Isaac Parker, Jamie Joe Hudson and a Murraya Dental own goal provided the offence for the Star. Tyler MacDougall was named MVP.
In Under-11 action Jan. 10:
Medicine Chest 7, Coates Services Yukon Ltd. 5
Andrew Roberts and Lowell DeCook scored hat tricks to lead Medicine Chest to victory. Rastus Maxfield chipped in a single.
Alyssa Rusnak had three and Joe Coyne, two, in the loss.
Locksmith Services 9, Loomis Express 2
Abed Rajab scored five goals and Andreas Lavenderos had four as Locksmith Services pummeled Loomis Express. Peyton Twardochleb was named MVP.
Joe Hanson and Bayly Scoffin tallied in the loss, while Cole Wilkie won MVP.
Boston Pizza 5, Robert Service Campground 3
Jennika Lindley and Tony Kim each scored twice and Sahil Kumar scored once to lead Boston Pizza to victory. Jennika Lindley was MVP.
Mary Londera scored twice in the loss, while Charlie Hawes scored once and Trenton Baird was MVP.
