David Black had two goals and two assists as Pine Plumbing edged Assante 5-4 in Whitehorse Rapids oldtimer soccer action Saturday at the Canada Games Centre.

Chris Donohoe, Gary Mackellar and Keith Maquire also scored in the win, while Paul Inglis picked up two assists.

Dan Poelman had a pair of goals for Assante in the loss. Grant Zazula and Terry Markley also found the back of the net.

Assante's record fell to a league-worst 2-5.

Yukon Brewing 5, Pepsi 0

Slick-footed strikers Guliano Rayo and Victor Lavenderos both scored and Tony Gaw recorded the shutout as Yukon Brewing improved to 7-0 on the season.

Gord DeBruyn, Ian Robinson and Terry Markley also scored in the win.

Klondike 3, Quest 1

Andy Todd scored his ninth goal of the season and added an assist as Klondike beat Quest 3-1.

Doug Hnatiuk and Jeremy Raymond added strikes, while Chris Stacey had two assists.

David Troup scored the lone goal for Quest, his ninth of the campaign.
