WORKING OVERTIME – Referee Doug Graham, the Minister of Health and Social Services for the Yukon Government, drops the puck at an oldtimer hockey game last night.
Adam Green sniped his league-leading eighth goal, unassisted, and it stood up as the winner as EDI beat the donuts out of Tim Hortons in a 5-2 win last night at Takhini Arena.

The goal pushed Green's point totals to 11 on the year as his club improved to a league-best 4-1 record early in the Whitehorse Oldtimer Hockey League season.
Jarred Barrault scored and added two assists while, Les Luciuk, Mike Muller and Pat Tobler added singles in the win.
Rick Gingell and Rick Smith responded for Tim Hortons, who are currently tied with the AON Flames for second in the league with six points each.
AON Flames 5, Klondyke Dental Molars 1
Tony Parks scored two, and Stu Mackay, Mark Pike and Mike Rispin added goals as the Flames torched the Molars 5-1 last night.
Jason Cunning had the lone goal for the Molars, who were without leading scorer Darius Elias.
Air North Jets 6, Medicine Chest 5
In action Sunday night, Dave White scored the game-winner early in the second period, and the Jets hung on to record their first win of the season.
Marty O'Hagan and Mike Jim sniped two goals each, and Ron Cruikshank had the other for Air North.
Bill Bohmer, Blaine Monahan (2), Sean Kinsella and John Sembsmoen responded for Medicine Chest in the loss.
Firth Rangers 5, Tim Hortons 5
A late goal by Jim Giczi helped Tim Hortons preserve a point after blowing a big lead to the Firth Rangers.
A natural hat trick by Al Koehl and Giczi's first of the game had Tims up 4-1 in the first period.
After opening the scoring for Firth, Ron Billingsley would add two more goals before the end of the first, and two goal by Brent Stokes saw Firth take the lead, before letting it slip away with less than two minutes left in the contest.
NOTES: Darius Elias scored four goals and added one assist as the Molars exploded for 12 goals against the Air North Jets last Thursday. Teammates Mike Gau (2G, 2A), Gregor Gabb (G, 3A) and Greg Bull (5A) also racked up the points in the barnburner. ... Last Wednesday, Charles Brodhagen sniped five goals and added an assist in the Firth Rangers 6-2 win over Kilrich. Teammate Brent Stokes picked up four assists.
