The second group of athletes flew out of Whitehorse early Saturday morning, while the first group made their return to Yukon soil later that night.
Athletes heading to Sherbrooke in the second group will include athletics, canoe/kayak, golf, road cycling and male soccer team members.
"The 2013 Canada Games have already introduced us to some of Canada's best athletes, to competitions in 11 disciplines, and to an organization that has met Sherbrooke's reputation for excellence,鈥 said Tom Quinn, chairman of the Canada Games Council.
"We are eager for this second week that promises to provide amazing performances, high emotions, and the experience of a lifetime for our up-and-coming athletes.鈥
The Yukon government has provided $150,000 towards Team Yukon's participation in the 2013 Games.
A total of 141 athletes, coaches, managers and mission staff will represent the territory at the multi-sport tournament, which began Aug. 2 and runs until Aug. 17.
The three northern territories are the only jurisdictions who have yet to win a medal in Sherbrooke.
