Ski for free Saturday
The Whitehorse Cross-Country Ski Club will be grooming the trails one more time tonight.

"It's been a super season,鈥 said the club's executive director Claude Chabot.
A few skiers put tracks on the trails on October 12 and grooming started on October 17, giving the club probably the longest season in the country.
In between, there has been great skiing almost every day for recreational and elite skiers alike.
Skiers can share their joy or sorrow for the extended ski season with fellow skiers at a potluck barbecue which will begin Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
Ski for free 鈥 in lieu of day pass fees, the club will be accepting contributions to the PistenBully fund on Saturday.
The wax room will be closing for the season on April 30.
