Peter Johnston, Derek Kindervater, Rick鈥圫mith, Darrell Sturko and Jim Giczi lit the lamp for Tim Hortons (10-10-4) in the first of four games at Takhini Arena.
Mike Jim and Morley Lessard converted passes from Wade Harrison for Air North, who have just two wins in 25 games this season.
In other action, the Klondyke Dental Molars (11-11-2) edged the Firth Rangers 2-1 thanks to goals by Trevor Hale and Mike Knutson.
Rick Moses had the only goal for the Rangers (12-10-3).
Second-place Yukon Inn gained some ground on the AON鈥團lames with a 3-2 win over Kilrich (9-13-2).
Rick Neumann, Bruce Williams and Al Hammond provided the goals for Yukon Inn, while Colin Nash and Phil Borgel responded in the loss.
The league-best Flames dropped their contest 4-2 at the hands of EDI (15-8-1).
Matt Willes scored twice for EDI, while Jared Barrault and Ron Servatius added singles.
Briar Young and Paul Lackowicz had goals for the Flames.
NOTES: Glenn Heinbigner, Mike Gau and Blaine Monahan are tied for the league lead with 44 points. Charles Brodhagen has 43.
