Vanier athletes sweep the long course at annual Vanier Ridge Run
Wyatt Peterson, competing in the Peewee boys category, set the pace in annual Vanier Ridge Run this past Friday in Riverdale with a time of 21:14 in the three-kilometre course.

The fastest female on the day in the shorter course was Jayden Demchuk of Elijah Smith Elementary, who posted a time of 23:49.
Vanier swept the five-kilometre course with Matt Ford and Katie Peters leading the way.
Ford completed the course in 22:59 while Peters posted a time of 25:29.
More than 170 students competed in the event.
