The following results were submitted from action in some of the younger divisions – the 10-team Under-7 division, and the nine-team Under-6 division – where game scores are not tallied:
Under-7
May 30: In action yesterday at Porter Creek Secondary School field, Gabby Farkas turned in a great performance to be named Sportslife's Âé¶¹ÉçÇøof the game, while Finnegan Gallant picked up MVP honours for Locksmith Services for one of the best sliding tackles of the season.
Dandelion Dental's top stars were Benjamin Perreault and Landon Locke for demonstrating the great skill of listening. Keinen Boss and Anneke Aasman got top hustle awards, respectively. Energy North's fancy footer for the evening was Jaxon Stockley.
May 28: On Tuesday night, it was Sylas Bowlby who got Sportslife player of the game honours, while Earth Tek Drilling Ltd.'s MVP was Madison McKenna.
Lucy Baxter picked up the award for Locksmith Services for some great digging defence, and Kaden McLelland got fancy footer honours for Energy North.
May 23: The work ethic of Owen McDonald and Brendon Wilcox earned them top hustle honours for Dandelion Dental, while teammates Sylvie Sandiford and Landon Locke shared the Âé¶¹ÉçÇøof the game award.
Meanwhile, Louis Mouchet picked up MVP for Locksmith Services for his great position in the field, his teamwork skills and nifty footwork.
Earth Tek's top performance came from Leo Wittaker, and Energy North's stars of the evening were Jianna Kostelnik and Zander Underhill.
Under-6
May 29: Under-6 action also featured many top individual performances recently at Porter Creek Secondary. On Wednesday, Hemish Tailor's excellent hustle and Ryan Sage's great defending were on display in Royal Flush Plumbing's game against the Yukon Âé¶¹ÉçÇø.
Gabriel Coderre set up two goals for Coldwell Banker, and Kyan Morrison added some explosive play in their game against Duncan's Ltd. Duncan's Zephyr Bingham turned in a great effort, while Aiden Macdonald was the most improved player this week.
Israel Ferguson completed an awesome drop kick for Yukon Yamaha against Angellina's Toy Boutique (Yellow) while Maddix Larocque displayed some great passing skills, and Souleymane Sangare showed great energy for their side.
In the matchup of Angellina's blue and red squads, standout performances were turned in by Breanna Faulkner, Rowan Lang, Canyon Simanis and River Horne.
May 27: On Monday, Devon Latham put in a much-improved performance for the Yukon Âé¶¹ÉçÇø, while Charles Snider showed the most enthusiasm.
Royal Flush Plumbing's Dominick Watt displayed great determination and shooting, while Keely Kovac was awarded for his hustle and throw-ins.
Kale Massie was named Yukon Yamaha's player of the game for his great attitude, and Coldwell Banker gave their awards to Jaymi Hinchey for some strong defence and Chris McCarron for his excellent offence.
